Right on, Monster! I'm glad we don't have smog testing up here. I'm sure half the cars I've ever owned would fail. On the other hand, half the yahoos in their giant 4x4 pickup trucks, who've hacked off their mufflers and catalytic converters would finally get dinged for saying "fuck you" to the environment...
