Bacon Ice Cream...

It's insane. My roommate and I went to a ice cream truck that he had heard about on the internet. I got a vanilla bacon ice cream sandwich with fresh backed ginger cookies.

It may sound gross to most...but it's the best ice cream I've ever had and I'm an ice cream junkie.
