How many times can I scream at a brick wall?

How many times do I have to punch walls to be heard? I don't have enough walls. My brain does not shut off. I wish moving here would make it better...pipe dreams I guess. Now I'm under my families thumb. This is my worst nightmare. I knew it in my gut. I never should have left California.
